Exactly what do I need to submit?

A. In one envelope, include the following:

1. The Original rebate certificate filled out completely.
2. For hotel rebates: The original completed Certificate and a copy of hotel itemized receipt (folio) that details the room charges pertaining to the requested rebate. This certificate is redeemable for one room rate and excludes taxes and fees.

For Airfare rebates: The original completed Certificate, a copy of your boarding pass, and proof of purchase that details the charges pertaining to the requested rebate.

Please mail the required materials to the P.O. Box listed in the Details of "How to Redeem Certificate for Rebate" Terms and Conditions section.

Where do I find my “Tracking Number”?

Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your rebate request has been received if a valid email was provided. To check the status of your rebate, you may also visit https://www.reward-central.com/hilton or contact us at (855) 816-3178 during hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 11 p.m. (CST). Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 11 p.m. (CST). Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (CST) to obtain the status of your rebate submission.

How long will it take to receive my rebate?

Rebates will be issued to you within 8-10 weeks.

I have more than one rebate to submit, can I mail them in the same envelope?

No. All rebates must be mailed separately to the specific address and Dept.# listed on each rebate form.

What is the difference between the purchase dates and the postmark dates?

Your Hotel and/or Airfare travel must take place After the Date of Personal Preview dated on your certificate. You must mail your submission within 30 days from completed hotel stay or airfare travel date as indicated on the receipt.

I forgot to mail my submission and the last eligible postmark date has passed. What do I do now?

Submissions mailed after the last eligible postmark date will be rejected. Our promotions are special because they are carefully planned for specific timeframes and are not available all the time. Watch for future offers on our products, check the dates and submit promptly.

In what countries are these promotions valid?

Hotel and/or Airfare travel must take place within the U.S. where noted on the rebate certificate.
